Welcome to the Supported Housing Clients’ section of the website!

You’ll find loads of information you might need here - everything from what to do if something is broken in your flat, or what happens if you get into arrears, to stuff to do near home, and old copies of our newsletter – what more could you want?

The Policies section lists all the policies and procedures that affect Stonewall Housing’s Supported Housing Clients, including information about having guests over, making complaints, and anti-social behaviour.

The Landlords section has all the information you need on contacting your housing association, including their website addresses, as well as phone numbers for repairs and complaints.

By popular demand, The Forum is your chance to have your say about anything that’s on your mind, chat to other residents, or make suggestions about how Stonewall Housing can do things better.

Supported Housing Newsletter

Stonewall Housing produces four newsletters a year to keep you up-to-date with developments in the organisation and provide you with any information you need to know.
